Nine months, seriously!? He has officially been out in this world as long as he was growing inside of me and I just can't believe how amazing he is. He exceeds perfection in every way possible for me and he will forever and always have my whole heart. Every time I see a picture of him or go over for a visit I can't believe how grown up he is. He has this mouth full of teeth already, crawling, and is just becoming this little miniature adult with this sweetest personality. This boy is constantly going through my mind wondering what he's thinking about and what he's doing. Not a day has gone by these past 9 months that I don't look back at my "Noah album" in my phone and just go through all his sweet pictures grinning from ear to ear. Maybe I'm just creepy I don't know. But I love it. I love who I created and I love who the Danielsons are continuing to create. Happy 9 months sweet Noah. Your family loves you, both sides.

Our Miscarriage Story

So let me start out by saying I was never ever planning on sharing this let alone writing a blog about it. It is incredibly personal to Andrew and I. Honestly the thought randomly hit me today and I just ran with it like most things. I want to talk about my miscarriage for a couple different reasons. For one being, writing is SO therapeutic for me especially when there is so much emotion involved. It especially was so good for me when I wrote my adoption story of how I came to place Noah for adoption 4 and a half years ago. The second reason is miscarriages are unfortunately so common. LIFE

Life is really interesting. It's filled with so many ups and down, highs and lows, happy and sad moments. One moment I feel strong and confident that I can get through this, this is just another trial that I can face, and one I will eventually get through. But the next moment I just think to myself, "I am not as strong as I thought. How am I supposed to go on when I feel like I am missing a limb." I look at other birth moms and I sometimes just feel they are so much stronger than me. A birth mom told me something the other day that really stuck out to me. She told me our babies chose to come to this life, and knew what they were to be getting themselves into. Noah chose me to bring him to this world and trusted me to find his family. It instantly brought tears to my eyes. Sometimes I feel like this unimportant machine that was just used to carry and deliver him and place him with his family.
